RAM-System GmbH is successfully operating within the complex US-German Rolling Airframe Missile Program. RAMSYS is the German industrial part of the RAM program. RAMSYS is with its US partner Raytheon (RAY) jointly responsible for development, production, system improvements, logistic support and worldwide marketing of the RAM ship self-defence weapon system. RAMSYS is also the German lead company and industrial partner for the multinational Evolved SeaSparrow Missile (ESSM). About 300 RAM systems and approx. 8000 missiles have been delivered or are under procurement until end of 2030. The outstanding performance of the system is based on continuous further development and has been proven in challenging test campaigns as well as in combat.

Hihly agile, extremely effective and easy to maintain the system marks the benchmark of Close-In Weapon Systems. A dozen countries around the world trust RAM as their last line of defence.
